the journey
what to expect
Settle In
Arrive, breathe, and gently ground. Let the week fall away.
Opening Circle & Holy Fire® Release
We gather, share only what feels right, and name what each of us is ready to release. Then the Light loosens what keeps you stuck: old attachments, heartache, and the stories you have outgrown.
Hearts Rekindling
A Reiki meditation to warm and open the heart, so love can move through you again.
Closing Ritual
A sacred closing to carry home. You will leave lighter, warmer, and softer than you arrived.
